Professional Adult and Child Counselling Services
Do you feel you have the weight of the world upon your shoulders? Do you need to talk but prefer not to burden those closest to you? Do you want to be heard, really heard? Capella Counselling is a safe place where you can talk in confidence, working through whatever it is that is troubling you. I am able to help you explore issues with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, loss, self-harm and more.
You may be here because you are concerned about a friend, a colleague, a loved one. It may be your child you are seeking help for. As a parent I do understand how worrying it can be if your child is troubled and unhappy.
As well as being a fully qualified person-centred therapist, I am a trained paediatric nurse. I have worked with children, young people and their families for over thirty years, which means I am able to draw on a range of skills and resources that can be tailored to suit your individual needs.
Please feel free to call me if you would like to discuss how counselling may help you or those closest to you.
